Viewing the Slot Audit Report

*****BEFORE YOU CAN VIEW AND EDIT THE SLOT AUDIT REPORT, YOU DO NEED TO HAVE THE POWER USER PRIVILEGE ADDED TO YOUR USER ACCOUNT. PLEASE SEE ADMINISTRATOR TO HAVE PRIVILEGE ADDED.*****

With our latest August 2021 release, you can now add which user and what slot type was switched in the slot audit report! 

When you head into the schedule and click on an appointment, there will be a small eyeball icon near the bottom of the screen.

Once in the Audit report, You can then head to the actions tab, and from there You can add, remove, pull graphs, among other things.

Orange: Filter- Here you can filter out things that you don't want to appear on the audit report.

Green: Data - Here you can sort, aggregate, add in, and even flashback to old data in fields.

Blue: Format - Here you can edit the format of how the slot report looks, such as the rows per page, and highlights.

Purple: Chart- This will allow you to view the slot report as a pie chart or graph.

Brown: Group By - Here you can group fields in the report together.

Pink: Pivot -  You can define one Pivot view per saved report. Once defined, you can switch between the pivot and report views using view icons on the Search bar. To create a Pivot view, you select:

  • the columns on which to pivot
  • the columns to display as rows
  • the columns to aggregate along with the function to be performed (average, sum, count, etc.)

Yellow: Report - This is where you can save and reset the changes you made to the report

White: Download - This will allow you to download the report. Do note the download formats differ depending upon your installation and report definition but may include CSV, HTML, Email, XLS, PDF, or RTF.

Lets set up the report to show the slot type of what was changed, all we would need to do is head into format> compute, and then a new computation will open up.

We can name the column in the column label area, then select the slot type in the columns area below. Once everything is ready, you can click apply and the slot type will now appear on the slot audit report!
